Marc Spiegelman

Managing Partner

Born and raised in San Francisco, Marc is a licensed CA Real Estate Broker with more than thirty years of experience in the commercial & residential real estate markets. Marc founded SHS in 2008, and has since lead the group's national brokerage activities.

Marc's current portfolio of companies and investment services include an investment fund, specializing in commercial bridge loans, Churchill Exchange, a nationally-qualified 1031 Exchange intermediary, and Paramount Mortgage, specializing in residential lending services.

Marc enjoys activities such as golfing, biking, traveling and philanthropic pursuits. He belongs to a number of organizations such as: The Olympic Club, Lake Merced Golf and Country Club, The Hideaway Golf and Country Club (La Quinta, CA), The Keiretsu Forum/ Investment Group, numerous chambers of commerce, as well as advisory boards of a number of business communities & commercial banks.

Marc graduated from Lowell High School, then went on to get his B.A. at The University of Southern California (USC). (DRE# 01195934)




Joe is a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson with more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate markets. With his extensive background in business development, Joe leads SHS' engagement of new clientele in addition to managing the group's national brokerage activities.

Before joining SHS in 2011, Joe spent almost a decade in various business development roles for companies in multiple areas of commercial real estate, including Project FROG, a leader in the development of high-performance sustainable building solutions, and Churchill Exchange, a nationally qualified 1031 Exchange Intermediary.

Joe graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a B.A. (DRE# 01716659)


Max Spiegelman

Associate & Researcher

Max is a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson with more than nine years of experience in commercial and residential real estate markets. With his years of experience marketing properties and negotiating deals both domestically and internationally, Max efficiently and effectively matches ideal buyers and sellers for national transactions.

Before joining SHS, Max spent almost a decade brokering luxury residential real estate with both Sotheby's International Realty and Coldwell Banker.

Max is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.A. (DRE# 00899496)


Kevin Crosson


Kevin is a licensed CA Real Estate Salesperson with one year of experience in commercial real estate markets. Kevin joined SHS in 2016 to assist in engaging new clientele and facilitating brokerage activities.

Before joining SHS, Kevin was a Brokerage Intern at SVN Rich Investment Real Estate Partners, in addition to working in advertising and charitable fundraising. Kevin is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is active in their Young Leaders Group (YLG), as well as the UCLA Anderson Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG).

Kevin is a recent graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a B.A. (DRE# 01979163)
